St. John's Circle of Care St. John's Circle of Care, Managing Agent for Riverview Homestead Cooperative and Cottonwood Ridge Apartments, has the following positions open: Cottonwood Ridge Apartments Housing Manager Riverview Homestead Cooperative Service Manager Riverview Homestead is a 19-unit cooperative for individuals age 55 and older. This position is approximately low-income apartment building for individuals age 62 and 3 hours per day or approximately 15 hours per week. Cottonwood Ridge Apartments is a 24-unit HUD, PRAC 202, older. This position is approximately 4 hours per day/20 hours per week. Areas of Responsibilities: Provide clerical, administrative and public relation services to the owners, members and the Board of Directors. Responsible for public relations to the community. Collect and maintain supporting data for on-going accounts payables and receivables, responsible for billing procedures. Assists the Managing Agent with all financial Collect and maintain supporting data for on-going aspects, including budget. Function as staff assistant to the Board of Directors. Responsible for effective communication to all tenants of the Cooperative. Coordinate necessary services and procedures to accomplish smooth move-ins and move-outs for owners. Represent the Cooperative in purchases and closings of the cooperative units. Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Agent or Riverview Homestead Cooperative Board of Directors. Areas of Responsibilities: Ability to become familiar with and understand all requirements of HUD and their policies and procedures to effectively manage the apartment building. Maintain effective communication with the Managing Agent. accounts payable and rent receivables. Assist Managing Agent in verification of invoices and receipts and budget. Assists tenants with moving in and moving out including pertinent documents, procedures, services and orientation to the building. Responsible for all public relations to tenants and to the community. - Effective communication with all tenants and receive trouble calls from tenants. Other duties as assigned by the Managing Agent. Qualifications for both positions: Business or Accounting background preferred, but not required HUD housing experience preferred for Cottonwood Ridge Apartments, but not required · Experience in property management preferred, but not required Ability to pass a criminal background check. Valid driver's license. Ability to communicate effectively and relate well to others. Ability to work independently and make independent decisions in emergency situations - Detailed-oriented.
