Plant Operations Director St. John's Circle of Care is looking for a dependable and self-motivated individual to join our Leadership Team. This individual would be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operation of St. John's Circle of Care campus. Summary of Responsibilities: Supervises St. John Lutheran Home housekeeping and laundry departments. Monitors plumbing and electrical systems. Maintains fire alarm system, emergency electrical systems, heating, ventilating, air conditioning systems, water and sewage systems. Performs maintenance and repair work. Maintains the facilities outside campus area. Develops, and is responsible for managing, budgets for the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry departments. Paid on-call rotation. Skills and Requirements: Thorough knowledge of general maintenance such as boilers, heating and air conditioning units, refrigerator and freezers. Knowledge in building codes is preferred, must be licensed to operate a boiler or working towards achieving a Minnesota Engineer-Class C license. Knowledge of state, federal and OSHA Regulations. Experience in management preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and computer skills.
