St. John's Circle of Care is looking for a Campus Administrator The Campus Administrator is responsible for managing the overall operations of St. John's Circle of Care campus. The campus consists of long-term care/skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, senior HUD housing and a daycare center. This position will ensure high quality care to all who reside on the campus or come to the campus while achieving long and short-term business goals. Responsibilities incdlude but not limited to: Maintains an environment that achieves high quality care in all services that the campus provides, including physical, emotional, social and spiritual. Create and maintain a work environment for employees that is conducive to employee morale. Maintain effective communication system with employees. Lead an effective management team that achieves desired outcomes at all levels of operation. Actively participate and make administrative decisions in the campus' overall planning, decision-making and implementation processes for strategies, policies and procedures. Cooperation and positive communication with our local community and all regulatory organizations. Knowledge of reimbursement and operational regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care/assisted living. Ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of operation. Asst financial operations/budgeting with all departments on the campus. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field strongly preferred. Experience in long term care/assisted living operational management preferred. Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Minnesota or be eligible to obtain one within 6 months of employment required per State of Minnesota guidelines required. Licensed as an Assisted Living Director (LALD) a plus, not required. Strong competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, and community relations. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common computer programs.
