CITY OF WINDOM Planned Maintenance Outage On Sunday, September 11 at 3:00 a.m. the Windom Electric Department is planning to perform repairs on the transmission line. As such, the City Substation will have to be de-energized to safely perform the work. City generation will be utilized to keep critical systems online. However, it would be best to plan for your power to be off during the outage. At approximately 3:00 a.m. areas of the city will be without power.
