The Sol and Water Conservation District (SWCD isa legal subdivision of the State governed by a fve member Board of Supervisons, elected by the public. They provide leadership and direction for applying conoervation practices to the land The original Board of Supervisors were Giregory Wagner, Walter Schmotzer, Vernon Inmer. Sam Franz and Clarence Krutson. There have been 29 supervisors, including our cument Boand.
