Job duties include all the duties of office as spelled out in M.S. 388.051 and elsewhere. Minimum requirements for this position include a Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in Minnesota. The annual 2024 starting wage is $100,000 or dependent upon qualifications. County benefits include: 11 paid holidays, health insurance, $20,000 life insurance policy, Public Employee Retirement (PERA), $60/month cell phone allowance and a monthly VEBA/ HSA contribution.
