HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 5:00a.m.-6:00a.m. A full-body HIIT class that incorporates a circuit training with mixture of tempo, strength, power, endurance, and balance. This will be a solid 40 to 45 minute workout with 15 to 20 minutes of combined warm-up and cool down. The three days of the week will be split up into STRENGTH, STABILITY, and SIZZLE Mondays will be a strength-focused workout. Tuesday will be a tempo based workout that engages the core and total body stability. Thursday will be a SIZZLE day-lots of power, lots of energy, lots of feelin' the burn!
