Senior Billing Specialist Windom Area Health is looking for a skilled Senior Billing Specialist to work full-time as the subject matter expert in healthcare billing for the organization. In this role you will process complex hospital and professional claims. follow up on denials, oversee established collection and financial assistance processes, train other hospital staff on necessary steps to ensure appropriate and successful billing. and develops policies to achieve timely reimbursements. May provide work direction to billing and collection staff. Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in health insurance billing. preferably in a Critical Access Hospital environment.
