Administers personnel functions of Nutritional Services Department such as hiring, ensuring thorough orientation, scheduling and disciplinary actions as needed. CDM, CFPP or nutrition-related Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Must have current Serve Safe Certification or obtain within 6 months of employment. Prefer a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare food service and have excellent communication skills. Management experience is desired. $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
