REQUEST FOR BIDS Cottonwood County will be accepting sealed bids for demolition and removal of tax forfeited structures located in Jeffers, Mountain Lake and Windom, MN. Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. on August 25, 2023 in the Auditor/Treasurer's Office, Cottonwood County Courthouse in Windom, Minnesota at which time they will be opened publicly in the commissioner's room.
