Part-Time Landfill Scale Operator Cottonwood County is currently accepting applications for the position of part-time Landfill Scale Operator. This individual will be working approximately 20-25 hours/week. Typical schedule would be Monday through Friday from 10:00a.m. to 2:00 p.m. but there is some flexibility depending on availability and operational needs. This position, under general supervision, performs various work activities in support of the County's Solid Waste Management Program. Minimum requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience in customer service or any equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience. Possession of a valid State of Minnesota Class D driver's license. Starting salary for this position is $22.56/hour. Vacation and sick leave benefits will be pro-rated based on hours worked.
