BIG BEND "Wind energy is a great choice for our community because it will produce clean, renewable energy and create job opportu- nities. The Big Bend Wind project will bring tax revenue to Cottonwood County that can be used to repair and rebuild roads and bridges and will benefit taxpayers. As a farmer and landowner with Big Bend Wind, I will see additional financial secu- rity. On top of this, Apex Clean Energy and Big Bend Wind are donating $16,000 annu- ally through a community grant program during the first phase of development.
