Lake in Wrestling Room Practice Times: Mon. & Thurs. 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. in Windonm Tues. 6:30-8:00 p.m. in Mountain Lake $25 per wrestler $50 family maximum fee for multiple wrestlers Wrestlers will be introduced to the basic fundamentals and rules of wrestling This program is available for preschool through sixth-grade students Wrestlers should be prepared to wrestle on the first night. Practices will run most Mondays and Thursdays in Windom and Tuesdays in Mt. Lake.
