Windom Area Schools ASSISTANT BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS SUPERVISOR Assist in the supervision of the maintenance department, carry out facility maintenance projects, and assist the building and grounds director with the upkeep of all district facilities and properties. High school diploma or GED required. Experience in facility management preferred. Be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. frequently. 1st Class C Boiler License or ability to obtain in a timely manner. Care may involve treatment of health problems, communication with parents for treatment, and referral to other providers. RN or LPN license and CPR certification preferred.
