Director of Maintenance & EVS Windom Area Health is seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as the Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services (EVS), which plays a critical role in overseeing our physical plant. Key responsibilities will be to provide project management to both large and small construction projects, ensure proper maintenance on HVAC equipment, complete and maintain records to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and life safety codes, ensure the cleanliness of both facility and grounds. provide leadership to maintenance and EVS staff, and manage the organization emergency preparedness program. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field plus 3-5 years' experience in large facility maintenance is required. 3+ years in a supervisory role is required. Construction or project management experience is a plus. Must have Chief C or 1st class C boilers license (must upgrade to Chief within 6 months of hire).
