Patient Access Representative/Scheduling This full-time Patient Access Representative will provide excellent customer service to patients. Primary role includes scheduling patient visits, tests and procedures. This position will perform prior authorization on select services. Applicants must have a high school diploma. Previous experience in a health care setting is required, or the equivalent in a medical related degree. Week day hours. Patient Account Representative/Billing This highly motivated Patient Account Representative will work 32 hours a week, focusing on submitting insurance claims to all types of payors, reviewing claim denials and coordinating appeals or re-submissions, working with patients on billing questions. collecting on past due accounts and setting up payment plans, and staying educated on insurance and governmental claim submission processes and regulations. Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma. Minimum one year of previous experience in a healthcare office environment, health insurance billing. registration, or coding. Coursework in accounting or healthcare support (i.e. coding, billing, medical secretary) preferred. Dietary Aide/Cook Duties include food preparation, cooking, dishwashing and departmental cleaning. Previous experience in food preparation is preferred, but not required. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task, be ambitious and self- directed. Position is full-time includes rotating day/evening shifts as well as rotating weekend and holidays (every 3rd).
