Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant We are seeking a.6 FTE Advance Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide high quality patient care to our region. Under the supervision of a physician, and supported by a clinic team, this provider will evaluate and manage wound care patients. coordinate patient plans of care to ensure healing outcome goals, and coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless coordination of care. A portion of the time will be doing onsite patient visits at skilled nursing facilities in the region. Advanced training in wound care is provided upon hire through Healogics.
