Surgery Manager Windom Area Health is seeking a full-time Surgery Manager to provide leadership for our surgery department. This position leads the department's clinical, operational and managerial activities to provide safe and effective patient care. Bachelor's degree in nursing required. A minimum of 5 years of OR experience required but would consider a combination of 3 years surgery experience with 2-3 years tertiary ICU and/or ER experience. A minimum of two years of proven healthcare leadership required. Must be willing to fill in for on-call after hours, holidays, and weekends and respond within designated time when needs require.
