Executive Director Shalom Hill Farm (SHF) Ministries is seeking an Executive Director (ED) to lead and administer a top-quality site and program that serves the people of the region. The purpose of the ED is to provide vision, long term planning, financial development, program and marketing direction. The ED will lead a ministry that seeks to provide excellence and guest satisfaction to meet the programmatic needs of our guests guided by the SHF mission. POSITION DATE: Summer/Fall 2022; 4-year min. intention. POSITION HOURS: Based on a minimum of 44 hours per week annually.
