Local Food Drive Join River Bend Liquor, the Minnesota Municipal Beverage Association (MMBA) and Miller Lite for their 17th Annual Food Drive. We will be collecting non-perishable food items and cash. Items needed are: Personal care, (toothpaste shampoo, body wash, bar soap) snack bars or packs. Jello's & pudding mixes. Fruit snacks, Small pkgs mashed potato, pasta mixes, small jars of seasoning, small packs of chips, etc. We will be donating all items to the Windom Area Sharing Center in Windom. Additionally, the liquor store with the highest weight donated will earn an additional $1,000 for their local food shelf, courtesy Miller Lite, the Minnesota Vikings Foundation and MMBA. A one-dollar donation equals three pounds of food for our local food shelf. The food drive runs through Friday, Dec. 1, 2024.
