HYLIFE A Recipe for Success Meet Venetia Dillon Venetia Dillon, originally from Jamaica, made the move to the United States with her family in search of a new opportunity to achieve her dreams. As a Prep Cook for HyLife, Venetia prepares the meals that our employees eat every day. One thing she enjoys most is working alongside her mother, Madge Robinson, who is also a Cook with HyLife. Since HyLife acquired the Norwood Inn in Mankato to help house employees working for HyLife who are from other countries, Venetia and Madge have been working together as a dynamic duo. In her time here, Dillon has been able to purchase a home with her mother, and her oldest child is currently enrolled in university. She is proud of all three of her working children and all that she has been able to accomplish in the States. Dillon looks forward to learning how to drive and buying her own car, and hopefully to return to school after having to stop due to COVID-19. HyLife is grateful for employees like Venetia and Madge and aims to empower our people to achieve their goals.
