Accounting Specialist Our client, Fairland Management Company in Windom, has a career op- portunity for a results-oriented individ- ual as an Accounting Specialist. In this role, the Accounting Specialist will be responsible for A/P, A/R, and finan- cial reporting of business transactions, and will prepare tax-related documents for farm industry clients to provide to external CPAs. In addition, they will provide light administrative support. Qualifications include an Associate's degree in Accounting with bookkeeping or internal accounting experience. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of accounting principles and prac- tices along with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent judgment, decision making skills, and attention to detail are es- sential to this position. Strong customer service skills and an ability to commu- nicate accounting-related information to individuals within and outside of the organization is preferred.
