Cottonwood County FSA Office Job Opportunity The Cottonwood County Farm Service Agency (FSA) Office in Windom, MN has an opening for a permanent/full-time Program Technician. Program Technician is responsible for carrying out office activities, functions and administration of one or more farm bill program areas administered by USDA-FSA. Duties include general office activities supporting FSA programs administered at the field level. Successful applicants must be reliable, have a professional attitude and enjoy working with the public. Background in the operations of a farm or ranch and knowledge of FSA farm programs and practices is preferred. Starting pay ranges from $31,520 to $56,790 depending on the qualifications of the applicant. Benefits include: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. work schedule, with flexible 80 hour bi-weekly options available. No weekend or evening work, 11 paid federal holidays, paid annual and sick leave, excellent health benefits, 401K package, and federal retirement package.
