CITY OF WINDOM Did you Know! At the Windom library: Library cards are free for any resident of Cottonwood County. We have 2,294 registered patrons. Windom is listed as their home library, but the card can be used at any of the 26 libraries in the Plum Creek Library System. . We have Story Time on Tuesdays at 10:30 AM. We will have a guest reader join us every Tuesday this summer! We send out between 450-500 items in interlibrary loan to other Plum Creek libraries. We have delivery every Monday and Thursday.
