City of Windom FILING NOTICE Mayor Council Member, Ward 1 Council Member, Ward II Notice is hereby given to the residents of the City of Windom that there will be vacancies in the offices of Council Member, Ward I; Council Member, Ward II and Mayor. Terms run for four years and will begin January 2, 2025.
