CITY OF WINDOM Bids for Hay\Grass Land The City of Windom has approximately 69.5 acres of grass land available for mowing and baling. There are two parcels; one containing about 4.5 acres at the Windom Recreation Area (off 16th Street) and the other at the Windom Airport containing about 65 acres. Interested parties must drop off a written bid for the rights to mow and bale the property for one or both parcels. The City will accept bids for one year up to five year arrangements (starting with 2022) with the price bid to be the annual cost. Bids are due by Noon on July 15, 2022.
