NO TRICKS, JUST TRICK TREAT! OR TREATS This is to notify children and parents of the Windom Community that "TRICK-OR-TREAT NIGHT" OFFICIAL HOURS WILL BE: Sunday, October 31 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. We urge all children not to spoil a good thing by overdoing it and to follow these rules: Stay away from lit jack-o'-lanterns. Make sure costumes are not too large. Use reflective tape on costumes. Let parents check your treats before eating them. Trick-or-treat at homes where you know the occupants. Carry a flashlight and walk on sidewalks. Do not run between parked cars to cross streets. Throw away candy with torn wrappers or candy with packaging that looks like it's been tampered with. Wash fruit and cut in small pieces before eating. WINDOM RESIDENTS Turn on your porch lights if you wish to have trick-or-treaters stop at your home! Brought to you by the Windom Police Department and the Mayor and City Council of Windom as a Public Safety Announcement. NO TRICKS, JUST TRICK TREAT!
