FULL-TIME COUNSELOR, LICENSURE CANDIDATE OR THERAPIST Greater Minnesota Family Services has a collaborative partnership with Cottonwood & Jackson County Health and Human Services for a position as a Full-time Intensive In Home Family Based Counselor, Licensure Candidate or Therapist. It has been intentionally designed to reward you with a higher rate of pay than average starting at $75,000-$80,000 for a Licensed Therapist (DOE), $70,000-$72,000 for Licensure Candidate (DOE) or $60,000- $62,000 for Counselor (DOE) because the services are intense 2-3 times per week and 3-4 evenings per week with family. The primary services you are asked to provide are intensive family services, after- noon and evening services, some reasonable on call time for clients and regular consistent customer contact. This position will include a close working relationship with each Social Worker from the County. Collaboration with community agencies such as school, social work- ers, foster homes, and probation. Must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in human services related field.
