Westbrook-Walnut Grove High School Graduation Events SUNDAY, MAY 31 2:00 P.M. DRIVE-IN GRADUATION Drive-In Graduation at high school in southeast parking lot for students and families only. JOIN US FOR A PARADE! Immediately following the commencement ceremony, join us for a parade through Westbrook, Walnut Grove, Revere, then Storden. Only participating graduates and families will be included in the parade train. No one is to exit their vehicle at any time during the parade of graduates. A pre-recorded graduation video will stream on the WWG Facebook page beginning at 12:00 noon with a graduation ceremony livestream beginning at 2:00 p.m. We will also broadcast live to radio at 2:00 p.m. Check the wWG Facebook page for more broadcast information. The event will also be filmed and a video including disbursement of diplomas, speakers, and slide show will be put together and sent out as a YouTube link at a later date. Those that wish may park alongside route and wave, honk and yell in celebration of the graduating class of 2020 as they parade, are welcome! Please maintain all social distancing rules. PARADE 1 Westbrook 2 Walnut Grove 3 Revere 4 Storden ROUTE Ft fed The parade route starts at the school in Westbrook, goes south on Cedar Ave., west on 5th St., north on Ash Ave., west on 7th St., south on Adams Ave., west on 5th St., north on Columbus Ave., east on 6th St., north on Bell Ave. west on 11th St. and then on to Walnut Grove. The parade continues in Walnut Grove entering on County Rd. 5 then east on Washington St., north on 7th St., west on Main St. back to County Road 5 and then east on County Road 14 to Revere. From Walnut Grove the parade will turn off on Main St. going south to 3rd St., then north on Cottonwood St., then west on 1st St. to Frontier Ave. and will proceed Westbrook, south to Storden. From Revere the parade will start on the furthest eastern portion of Sorenson St., all the way west to United States Ave., then go south to County Road 30 and return to *This parade has been planned by parents, not the school.
