Trimont Health Care Center is a 36 bed non-profit skilled nursing facility owned by the City of Trimont. Our staff place a high value on the quality of care and quality of life for our residents, therefore we have made a commitment to staff at a high nursing to resident ratio. Since 1964, the Trimont Health Care Center has built a solid reputation for providing quality health care services for its residents. Through the years, we have grown our service lines and developed additional programs to meet the needs of our residents, families, and our community. The mission of the Trimont Health Care Center is to provide quality, respectful, dignified, rehabilitative and compassionate care to persons in need in the autumn of their lives.
