The Maples Director of Housing St. John's Circle of Care is looking for an individual to join our Leadership Team The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced manager and leader who has a passion for working with seniors and is driven to make a difference in their lives every day Position Summary: Managing daily operations and community relations of a 25 apartment housing with services facility Provides leadership, training, and supervision of dietary and housekeeping staff Responsible for scheduling of all Maples' staff members Promotes and maintains good relations and communications with tenants, families, visitors, staff and The St John's Circle of Care Leadership Team .Compliant with Federal, State, and County licensing rules and regulations .Coordinates with Home Care Director for tenant move ins and move outs. Qualifications: Housing with Management Certificate, Business Management Degree, and/or RN experience preferred Previous leadership experience working with seniors is a plus Excellent written and oral skills, with a sound knowledge of basic computer skills in Microsoft Organized and detailed oriented If you are a dynamic, successful, driven individual, this may be the job for you!
