MOUNTAIN LAKE TOWNSHIP FARM FOR SALE BY SEALED BIDS Elaine O'Neil, Edna Kliewer, and Virginia Karschnik Trust will offer for sale by sealed bids a 40+ acre parcel and a 160+ acre parcel in Mountain Lake Township, Cottonwood County, Minnesota, which will be offered individually and on a combined basis. PARCEL 1: The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW NWY), Section 35, Township 105, Range 34, Cottonwood County, Minnesota; containing 40 acres, more or less. PARCEL 2: The Southwest Quarter (SW4) Section 26, Township 105, Range 34 Cottonwood County, Minnesota, containing 160 acres, more or less. PARCEL 3: Combination of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, containing 200 acres, more or less. SALE PROCEDURES: Send or deliver written sealed bids for the purchase price, which must be received before 3:00 p.m., on July 28, 2021, to the office of Muske, Suhrhoff & Pidde, Ltd., PO Box 143, 112 N Cass Avenue, Springfield, MN 56087. All bidders must submit a certified check in the amount of 10% of your bid made pay- able to Muske, Suhrhoff & Pidde, Ltd., Trust Account. Only persons submitting bids will be allowed at the bidding session to be held at the Mountain Lake Community Center, 1027 2nd Ave., Mountain Lake, Minnesota, at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at which time persons submitting a bid will be given an opportunity to verbally increase their bids. TAXES & POSSESSION: Ten percent (10%) of final bid down at the time of bidding and the balance on September 15, 2021, the date of closing. Purchase agreement to be signed immediately following the bidding session. Taxes due and payable in 2021 will be paid by Seller.
