ICFO Our client, Fairland Management Company in Windom, MN, has a career opportunity for a highly motivated CFO. Fairland's CFO will be a strategic business partner within the company and will be responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the company, which include but are not limited to accounting, finance, forecasting, and strategic planning along with other duties as assigned. The CFO will also assist clients with solving financial and high-level accounting issues and income tax planning and preparation. The CFO will work closely with and report directly to the President/GM. Qualifications include, at a minimum, a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with five plus years of experience in a financial management role and proven supervisory experience.
