We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Education Director to lead our community education programs and services. The Community Education Director will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of community education programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive community education plan that aligns with the needs and interests of the community. Oversee the design and delivery of a variety of educational programs, including adult education, youth programs, enrichment classes and recreational activities. Collaborate with local, businesses, organizations and community members to identify educational needs and opportunities. Recruit, train and supervise staff and volunteers to ensure high- quality program delivery. Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback, surveys and other assessment tools. Promote community education programs through marketing and outreach efforts, including social media, newsletters and community events. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
