NEW VISION CO-O P HELP WANTED Agronomy Controller Location: Brewster Directs and coordinates activities related to the agronomy accounting department, including the oversight of department staff in day-to-day operations. Sets prices for agronomic products and accurately maintains price sheet and ERP. Ensures that agronomy records are maintained accurately and in balance with the general ledger and that accounting and inventory tasks are performed in a uniform manner at all locations. Pro- vides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends as well as recommendations to strategically enhance the financial performance of the agronomy depart- ment. This position has supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and three on more years of industry experience; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combi- nation of education and experience Experience with agronomy-related accounting is preferred.
